Solar panels provide clean, free charging for portable power stations — but real-world output depends heavily on weather. Here's what our engineers measure.
A 200W panel rarely delivers 200W outside the laboratory. In our field tests, a clear midday sun typically yields 70–85% of rated power, light overcast 30–50%, and heavy rain 10–20%.
Three practical tips: (1) angle the panel toward the sun and adjust it every couple of hours; (2) keep the panel cool — heat reduces voltage; (3) oversize your panel by ~30% versus your daily energy need so cloudy days still keep you charged.
All EWIN stations use MPPT charge controllers that squeeze the maximum available power from the panel under any conditions. Pairing guide: EW-600 → 200W panel, EW-1000 → 400W, EW-2000 and above → 800W+.
The remote-work boom has rewritten expectations for power reliability. Our new UPS-ready line answers it.
Remote professionals, home studios and small offices can't afford even a blink in power. Our new UPS backup series covers 800W, 1200W and 1800W models with switchover times under 20 ms — fast enough for PCs, routers, NAS units and CPAP machines.
For brand partners, the line is available as a full OEM package: your industrial design language, your firmware strings, your packaging — with CE/FCC-oriented documentation.* The first production slots are open for Q1 next year; contact our sales team for the OEM data pack.
We presented our 300W–7200W line-up to buyers from 40+ countries in Guangzhou.*
The 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), held in Guangzhou this October, gave us the opportunity to demonstrate our full portable power range — from the pocket-size EW-300 to the industrial EW-7200.
Highlights from the show floor: strong interest in our expandable LiFePO4 home-backup models from European distributors, and several new OEM projects kicked off with North American brands. If we missed you at the fair, our team is happy to arrange a video call and send samples.
Wattage, voltage windows and connector types — the three numbers that decide whether a panel and station work together.
Start with the station's solar input spec: maximum watts and the MPPT voltage range. A panel whose open-circuit voltage exceeds the station's limit can damage the charge controller — when in doubt, ask us before connecting third-party panels.
Rule of thumb for EWIN pairings: match roughly 1W of solar per 3–5Wh of battery for a full recharge in one good solar day. Our ETFE foldable panels (100W/200W) suit the portable range, while rigid 400W panels are the economical choice for fixed home-backup installs.
Cycle life, safety, weight and cost — how we help OEM partners choose the right cell chemistry.
LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) now dominates the 1 kWh+ segment: 3,500+ cycles, superior thermal stability and no cobalt. Traditional lithium-ion (NCM) still wins on energy density for ultra-portable sub-600Wh models where every gram counts.
Our advice to brand partners: choose LiFePO4 for home backup and professional products with daily cycling; choose high-density lithium-ion for travel-focused compact models. We build both on the same quality system — the choice is a product decision, not a quality compromise.
